What this app is
MedFind Canada is a community-powered tool showing official medication shortage data and user-submitted pharmacy stock reports. This is not medical advice. Availability information may be inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete. Always call ahead or consult a pharmacist or doctor for medical decisions.
Acceptable use
By using this app, you agree not to:
- Submit false or misleading stock reports
- Use the app for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to disrupt or abuse the service (e.g. spam, scraping)
No warranty
This app is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or availability of shortage or stock data. Official shortage data comes from Health Product Shortages Canada; pharmacy stock reports come from other users and are not verified by us.
Limitation of liability
We are not liable for any harm resulting from reliance on information in this app, including but not limited to inaccurate stock reports or shortage data.
Account termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including submitting false reports.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada.
